The export price of the mainstream glyphosate slipped in the month year on year. The average export price of 95% glyphosate technical was USD2.78/kg while it was USD3.24/kg in the same period last year.
In the month, 141 enterprises exported glyphosate products from China, 8 less than last year. The top five ones by export volume of the product included Fuhua Tongda Agro-chemical Technology Co., Ltd., Shandong Weifang Rainbow Chemical Co., Ltd., Nantong Jiangshan Agrochemical & Chemical Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Good Harvest-Weien Agrochemical Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Wynca Chemical Group Co., Ltd.
The products were exported to 77 countries and regions around the world, the same with that in the same period last year. The main export destinations were Australia, Brazil, the US, Argentina and Malaysia. The top ten by export volume imported 38,300 tonnes of glyphosate from China, which valued USD92.0 million, accounting for 81.1% and 85.5% of the total respectively.
